Hi, I’m Kelsie O’Day — the owner and heart behind The Social Day.
I got my start in social media over ten years ago when I was pregnant with my son, and what began as a practical way to create income quickly became a true passion.
As a young single mom working multiple jobs, going to school full-time, and completing internships, I needed a way to build a career while still being present for my son. Social media opened that door for me. I immersed myself in learning how to market through digital platforms and discovered just how powerful intentional online presence can be.
Over time, I was able to replace my income, work for myself, and help train hundreds of others along the way. Through that journey, I realized that many small business owners carry the same passion, drive, and hope for what they are building — but often do not have the time or bandwidth to manage the social media side well.
That realization became The Social Day: a business built to support small businesses with content, strategy, and online presence in a way that feels authentic, professional, and aligned with the heart behind their brand.
